Shipping
How long does it take to ship my order?Orders including notecards and notecard sets ship out within 3 business days. Fine Art Prints are a special order item. Please allow up to 2 weeks to ship. Exceptions can occur due to illness or office closure.
How much is shipping?
Shipping on all US orders is based on the weight and size of the package for the carrier used. Orders over $50 ship free!
do you ship outside the US?We currently do not ship outside of the US.
Product Design
Are your products handmade?All photos are made & edited by Kate. All cards and prints are designed by Kate using those photos. Then the designs are printed on the final product by various printing manufacturers.
what kind of paper are the cards and prints printed on?All notecards are printed on .37 mm thick, smooth matte paper providing a high end quality finish pretty enough to be framed!
All prints are printed using acid-free, pH-neutral, smooth matte papers and are Inkjet-printed with archival pigment inks. Each print is then mounted on 1/8” thick masonite for display versatility.
Do you offer custom work?
Yes! I can customize any of the notecards currently in the online store with the text of your choice. Please email playfuldovedesigns@gmail.com for details and pricing.
